I acknowledge that I am purchasing a Laser Hair Removal Treatment. I am asking for a Technician at Lit Smiles Perth to use a Laser Machine to perform Laser Hair Removal Treatment/s. I understand that everyone’s bodies are different and that results will vary and fully removing hair follicles may not be reachable for all. If I am purchasing “Buy & Save” these treatments are bought in bulk and non-refundable and have a time limit to use within, once time limit has passed any treatments left over will become invalid.  Any purchases made for general bookings for Laser Hair Removal that are not “Buy & Save” are also non-refundable unless agreed in writing with a Lit Smiles Perth Technician.

If I feel a pain on treated area, I should stop the treatment and seek medical attention if needed.

Side effects may include but are not limited to, redness on skin, sensitive skin, bumps, rashes and any other side effects or sensitivity from Laser Hair Removal Treatment I will not hold Lit Smiles Perth for. Use your own methods to relieve at your own expense and cannot hold Lit Smiles Perth responsible for any side effects from this.
