I acknowledge that I am purchasing a BB Glow Treatment. I am asking for a Technician at Lit Smiles Perth to use a Skin Needling Pen and Tinted serums to perform BB Glow Treatment/s. I understand that everyone’s bodies are different and that results will vary, and full coverage of the facial area is not the goal of this Treatment, and my skin may need many Treatments to get any noticeable coverage. Potential risks although BB Glow is generally safe, I understand that some of the potential complications of this treatment may occur and accept the risks and do not hold Lit Smiles Perth responsible for any complications.

If I am purchasing any “Packages” these treatments are bought in bulk and non-refundable and have a time limit to use within, once time limit has passed any treatments left over will become invalid. Any purchases made for general bookings for BB Glow that are not “Packages” are also non-refundable unless agreed in writing with a Lit Smiles Perth Technician.

ELIGIBILITY: I understand that this treatment CANNOT be used on people under the age of 16, people with skin conditions that are at risk of any nonspecific jells, creams and with allergies that may be affected by any/all Treatments. If I feel a pain on treated area, I should stop the treatment and seek medical attention if needed.

Side effects may include but are not limited to, redness on skin, flaking skin, bumps, bleeding and any other side effects or sensitivity from BB Glow Treatment I will not hold Lit Smiles Perth for. use your own methods to relieve this at your own expense and cannot hold Lit Smiles Perth responsible for any side effects from this. If concerned seek medical attention.
